Payment of the holiday accommodation rental fee constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property for your booking to be valid.

To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of booking. I will provide credit card payment or bank transfer details when I confirm your booking. The balance needs to be paid 8 weeks in advance of your arrival. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let.

A $300 security bond and $50 key deposit is also required. Naturally these are fully refundable given there is no damage and the property is left as clean and tidy as when you arrived. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your bond.

Generally check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am, however if you let me know in advance I may be able to alter these times to suit your plans.

Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms, with the exception of the foldabed.

Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys need to be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other then acceptable wear and tear. Our cleaners do a detailed inventory check both before and after your occupation.

I will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, as the operator I reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
