Rates per week and per night
Endless summer (December to March): $220 per night or $1400 per week.
Autumn and Easter (April and May): $200 per night or $1200 per week.
Winter value (June, July and August): $130 per night or $800 per week.
Spring special (September,October and November): $160 per night or $1000 per week.
Last minute and long stay discounts
A 15% discount applies for bookings made within 14 days of your arrival and a 20% discount applies to stays of more than a month, except during school holidays.
Short stays
The minimum stay is usually three days, but you may be able to negotiate a shorter stay if you make your booking less than two weeks before your arrival. (The last minute discount only applies for three or more nights though)

Payment of the holiday accommodation rental fee constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property for your booking to be valid.
To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of booking. I will provide credit card payment or bank transfer details when I confirm your booking. The balance needs to be paid 8 weeks in advance of your arrival. Any cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation of booking fee. Cancellations made outside of 7 days will incur an 80% administration fee, unless the property is re-let.
A $350 security bond is also required. Naturally this is fully refundable, given there is no damage and the place is left clean and tidy. (I allow three hours for cleaning when people leave, as well as a laundry allowance for linen and towels for the number of people staying. If my cleaner charges for longer, I pass that cost on to my clients at cost which is $35 per hour.) In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your bond.
Generally, check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am; however if you let me know in advance, I may be able to alter these times to suit your plans.
Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms, with the exception of the foldabed.
Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys need to be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other than acceptable wear and tear.
I will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, I reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In this eventuality, I will refund your money at my earliest convenience.
